Who we are
Boundless Healthcare Ltd (company no. 11452943) (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the information you provide. You can contact us about privacy at info@boundlesshealthcare.co.uk. Our clinic will be based at 68 Ashbourne Road, Derby, DE22 3AF.
What we collect
If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you enter — and nothing else. We don't collect your name, phone number, or any health information through this form.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use your email address only to let you know when we open and to share relevant launch information. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights”).
How we use and store it
Your email is stored securely with our email/marketing provider and, where used, a signup form service. We do not sell or rent your data, and we don't share it except with the providers that help us operate the waitlist. Data may be processed by those providers under appropriate safeguards.
Website & software provider
Our website and software are provided and operated by Clinic Companion Ltd (company no. 16172125), which acts as a data processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Clinic Companion has its own privacy policy governing how it processes data as a processor.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or until a reasonable period after launch, after which it is deleted unless you have become a patient or asked to keep hearing from us.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how our website is used, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link, or just contact us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. Our ICO registration is ZB656633.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice, and will publish a full privacy policy covering patient care before the clinic opens. Please check back for the latest version.
